Fusion Enterprises was founded in 1991 by Marcus Mordachini, who had developed a great reputation as a DJ while performing in clubs and at private parties throughout the New York metropolitan area. Working in the clubs, Marcus saw how music and lighting blended together to create the perfect dancing environment. His vision with Fusion was to recreate that same atmosphere at private parties, many of which gave lighting little thought or emphasis.
Marcus continued to spin at parties, using this platform to develop his creative talents beyond the music, especially in the area of lighting design. In 1994, Marcus merged his company with Hank Lane Music and More Than Music, leaders in the field of live music and DJ entertainment. Today, Fusion Enterprises is a full service lighting design and production company specializing in private events with offices and warehouses in New York City and Long Island.
